1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions for booking, payment, and delivery of coaching services offered by NLC Coaching. Placing an order implies the client's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Services offered

NLC Coaching offers:

  • Individual coaching
  • Small group coaching
  • Session logs (5, 10 or 12 sessions)
  • Customized programs


Each service is detailed on the website or communicated to the customer before purchase.

3. Prices

The applicable rates are those indicated at the time of booking. All prices are expressed in euros and are subject to change at any time. Any session booked is payable according to the rate in effect on the day of purchase.

4. Payment

Payment is made online via the available payment methods, or directly to NLC Coaching if indicated. The reservation is only confirmed after full payment has been received.

5. Cancellation and postponement conditions

  • Any session cancelled or postponed less than 24 hours in advance is considered due.
  • Any unreported absence will be counted as a completed session and is non-refundable.
  • NLC Coaching reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session if necessary. In this case, a new date will be offered to the client.

6. Validity of session logs

  • 5 sessions → Valid for 2 months
  • 10 sessions → Valid for 3 months
  • 12 sessions → Valid for 4 months


At the end of this period, unused sessions are considered consumed, without the possibility of a refund, in order to guarantee the regularity of the support.

7. Customer Commitment

The client agrees to:

  • Inform NLC Coaching of any health problems, injuries or contraindications
  • Follow the safety instructions
  • Adopt respectful and appropriate behavior during the sessions


NLC Coaching cannot be held responsible for incomplete or erroneous information provided by the client.

8. Responsibility

The services offered do not constitute medical care. The client remains responsible for their own health and should consult a professional if necessary. NLC Coaching cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or improper use of equipment.

9. Confidentiality

The client's personal information remains strictly confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing the sports service. No data will be shared with third parties without the client's prior consent.

10. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the client has a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase, unless a first session has already taken place or the service has begun at their express request. In these cases, no refund will be possible.

11. Intellectual Property

The programs, content, and materials provided remain the exclusive property of NLC Coaching. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Amendment to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

NLC Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

13. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts.
